Voice of the Children worked for two years in Ensenada, Mexico. We began weekly children's programs that included Bible teaching and a meal at two churches in a poor neighborhood in the outskirts of town. When we first approached one of the pastors, he exclaimed, " this is just what I have been praying for! I have wanted to minister to the kids somehow, but did not know how to start!"

Outside of town, there was a squatters village of Oaxaca Indians. They had come up from the south, looking for a livelihood, and settled on an isolated hillside in patchwork huts built from scrap. A local ministry had been working with this group and built a community building. We supported this ministry by organizing the clinic and bringing medicines and volunteer physicians for multiple free clinics.

There is no division between "our ministry" and "our life".
For our family, this is our life.
Our vision is our life
