Enterprise Business Solutions (EBS) is part of the Department of Finance`s (DO) department offices within the Office of Management and is the application department of the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO). EbS is a shared services provider and is a designated HR business line (HRLOB) that offers shared and scalable products, platforms and services across the federal landscape. Enterprise bargaining is the process used to negotiate industrial contracts with public sector employees and workers` organizations. Business agreements aim to facilitate flexibility, efficiency and productivity in the public sector. Enterprise agreements can cover a number of areas such as wage rates, flexible working arrangements, paid maternity and adoption leave and specific working conditions, as well as consultation requirements for changes and reforms.
